I cleared this thread with Roosh, it's a bit unconventional for the forum. I have a 5 1/2 apartment in the Plateau (between Mont Royal and downtown) neighborhood for rent. It's 5 min from St-Laurent and Korova's, I'm looking for a student in Montreal to replace my old roommates. Rent would be 450 /month or 300 if we add a third roommate (we'd each have our own room).
The new lease starts May 1, I want to have a new roommate secured by then.
I'm studying business at John Molson, boxing at the Underdog, prefer a generally solitary lifestyle but want to expand my horizons and work on social skills. I thought I might as well post this thread here to see if anybody I might have more than usual in common with bites. Will be bumping with pics. May be open to subletting for a month or two in the summer, it will depend on how the new roommate feels about it.
