I do a few things that don't take a lot of time, effort, or money:
- walk to work (2x30 mins, 5x weekly)
- 30 push-ups every morning (workdays only, 5x weekly)
- eat lots of fresh home-cooked meals (my wife cooks)
- use face lotion with Q10 every day when I don't forget (happens often)
Bad habits:
- smoking (a pack every 2-3 days)
- sometimes overeating
- bought an elliptical trainer but only used it 5 or so times, due to laziness
Based on the above, I think it should not be hard for anyone to stay healthy and in shape, here's how I look (I'm 35 now, this pic is from 2 years ago, but I'm pretty much the same):
