About a week ago I started hanging out with a new girl. She's a dance teacher. A couple nights ago she took me to where she works and while I was there I started dancing and talking with another teacher and it seemed like we had great chemistry. And sure enough yesterday the girl I'm seeing tells me this other teacher is asking about me and once to know if I'm single and whether we're seeing each other and so on..... The thing is this other girl is more attractive than the girl I'm seeing and I'd love to hook up with this girl but I'm not sure how to do this in a tactful way. The girl I'm seeing has offered to give me her number and so on but I know she doesn't want me to take her up on it. I've only slept with my girl once but don't want to be a total dick and ditch her and pursue the friend.... I mean I do but don't want to to do it in a dickish way...
Is there any way to tactfully follow up on her friend without completely burning bridges with the first girl? I don't think I've ever been in this situation before..... What say you RVF?

Can you clarify what you mean by this?

I'm a firm believer in saying what's on your mind. She offered to set you up with the girl. If she has a problem with you getting with that girl she shouldn't have offered. Since she did, she has to deal with any problem she might have with it. Not your problem. At least you're being honest enough not to string her along while you go after her friend.
Just tell her "I gave it a little more thought and I would be interested in hanging with your friend. I do like you, but if I'm going to go any further with you I need to be sure my interest in her won't get in the way of what we have. The only way I can do that is by acting on it and seeing what's there. I hope you can respect that."

There's no tactful, painless way to pull off what you're thinking about. You just have to decide which girl you want and do it. There's going to be awkwardness and disappointment involved no matter what. The girl you're with offered, yes, but it's the same as when a girl offers to pay on a date - it's a test. If you accept the offer, it's over between you and there will be hurt feelings. You have to make a decision and live with the outcome.

I'm interested in seeing how this could play out although I've never faced this particular situation before.
What if you just pull the same shit that girls have done to us in the past? Just tell her that you are only interested in the other teacher as a friend and ask for the other teacher's number. Then make up a reason why you are not attracted to the other teacher and reassure the original one that she is more attractive. Then take the number of the other teacher and at the same time ask the original teacher to join you for dinner so she feels like you still like her. Then hopefully you can have sex with both on a regular basis.
Then when they both know you are having sex with the other one see if you can turn it into a threesome somehow.
