Has anyone watched this show? It's basically a show about couples that are in "online relationships" but have never actually met one another in person. The host always brings them together for hilariously sad results. It's interesting just to watch the psychology and hamsters at work. Check it out.

Some of the people on that show make me cringe because of how pathetic and gullible they are. I think I recall one guy finding out the real person was a fattie still accepted her and wanted to date her I mean it doesnt get any worse than that
lol i watched an episode where a girl who has at least 25lbs overweight thought she was dating a male model. it turned out the person she was talking to to was an obese lesbian. when the confrontation happens the girl who got tricked for over 9mths eventually forgave the lesbian and wanted to maintain a friendship since they had already shared so much together. fucking hard to believe this shit is real and people are that dumb.

There are a lot of lonely people out there. You'd be surprised. They'll take a fake friendship, or a friendship with someone that's deceived them for months over being lonely.

They drag it out too much. The show could easily be condensed into a 30 minute time slot.
I think the worst part about the host is he always thinks positively for the person. like oh maybe all these fake profiles and pictures with other names mean something else hmm lets look into it but maybe this person is really telling the truth.. come on dude its blatantly obvious
One episode they were following some fat black chick who thought she had an online boyfriend of many years. He turned out to be some hoodrat chick who was solid 4 points higher than the fat chick and just wanted to bully the fat chick for some reason
Super painful to watch.
The worst part is the hosts act like they are changing the world.

I never seen it but a few years ago it was annoying when girls would asked if they were getting catfished all the time.
If this show tells us something, it's about the power of words.
Words alone can totally take over someones else's life. Fascinating.
