I'm planning a travel across the US this summer, hitting up NYC, Austin and Las Vegas for some major partying on weekends.
Instead of staying in those places for too long, I was thinking of exploring some lesser known/smaller towns to experience the true America. But the only time I can do it is on weekdays.

So was thinking of hitting towns like Charlotte or Charleston since I'm a tall Brit with a queen's English accent and want to find places where I'll stand out the most yet have fun.

So here's the question. Which cities, besides NYC, Austin, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Miami and LA, would you recommend for nightlife on weekdays?

Can't go wrong with Nashville. Charleston is another good choice; I believe the girls are hotter there than in Nashville.

Charlotte is a corporate city dominated by transplants, especially known for its banking. That doesn't sound like a city that'll be very lively weekday nights.

Live in Charlotte, Thursdays are OK but otherwise it's dead during the week unless there's some sort of bug event going on. I highly recommend the other two, however (Charleston and Nashville). Both are packed with bachelorette parties during the warm months as well.

Any city with a college near by too will most likely have night specials during the week. For instance I am in Tampa and there are some good places to go on Tuesday and Wednesday that cater to the college scene and cheap drinks etc.

Even NYC you really have to cherry pick on weekdays.

Austin has good nights Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As has been mentioned, college nights are best bet.

He wants a "true American" experience surrounded by the sorority-type white American girls for his weekday nightlife. These are 3 of the worst cities for that experience. NYC and Vegas are already in his itinerary.

7 days a week in New Orleans you can find something. And it’s the best food in the country.
