Seems like in the first link the man's wife is trying to get the money, maybe she's the reason the man was broke in the first place.
As for the second link IIRC he can't sue due to the fact that the picture was taken in a public place.

from what 've heard from travellers who've been to the Middle East, India, etc, penniless paupers are actually grateful when you give them alms, unlike these ungrateful Western shit-for-brains who are practically spitting on thier benefactors demanding MORE

My experience in the ME was a bit different, probably because I went to the big cities, but there's a lot of con artists begging for $$$. Once I saw the same woman at two different cities at opposite ends of the country!
