Once I bought a watch and it had a promotion offering a thin brown bracelet for a very low price. So I bought it too.

Since I had never into any kind of peacocking (even a light form of it, like that simple bracelet), at first I was reluctant of using it. Eventually I started using it. The guys whom I hang out with, started to make jokes when they noticed it. But then I start to receive attention from girls complimenting my bracelet, saying how stylish and beautiful it was. And look, this was just a little bracelet like this. What the fuck? Now I knew how that theory of peacocking in game was not totally unfounded.
No it's true they notice. When my kid gets sick of her hairband I have to carry it but sometimes I put it on and forget it. Girls will approach you if you're wearing a hello kitty hairband. Not only will they approach they will turn around and chase you down Sasha style.

I have to try it. [Image: icon_twisted.gif]

I'm taking the opposite approach of the big bling watches. I'm rocking a $15 Neff Flava watch (red). It basically says I'm not trying hard, not trying to impress, and I like to have fun. It has the added bonus of looking like an entrance band to a club.

I wear a lot of those hand sewn bracelets when I'm backpacking. Every girl I speak to notices, and wants to know where I got them. Probably take them off when I get back home though.

I hit different websites and search “unique rings”, “biker rings”, or “Odd rings” and buy ones that make good conversation pieces. I never pay more than $20 each. I also only wear rings on my ring finger and little finger, either hand. When a woman asks what the ring means, I make up a story appropriate for the situation. The more detailed the more they eat it up!

If anyone knows where I can find something similar for much cheaper let me know.

Nixon watches are fairly priced and there's a bunch of styles, more catered to 18-25 but good entry level watches for sure

Conceived to beat all odds like Las Vegas

Down here a lot of argentinian/ colombian dudes wear bracelets and such all the time. Not a big fan of it.

I have a steel band bulova and leather strap seiko 5(good choice if on a budget) . Ive worn a leather bracelet on occasion and it does get noticed, although its something minimal and I only wear it with a long sleeve to give it a more relaxed vibe to my look.

I like minimalist and classic style. When dressing up I wear my old love Junghans Max Bill:

When in casual clothes I wear classic cheap Chinese automatic pilot watch and shamballa bracelet:

No other jewellery but I like the look of steel and leather rings or silver and leather so I might buy something like this.

Good brand for budget classy watches IMO is Orient http://orientwatchusa.com/

Gonna give this thread a little bump.

Yesterday, in the player's lounge, some guys were talking about wearing jewelry.

From personal experience, I found that when I started to wear bracelets, watches, and necklaces, girls had an immediate shift in perspective. There is no way that they would be looking at me like 'boyfriend material' if there is a goat leather bracelet, snakeskin bracelet, hawk talon necklace, and skull necklace on me. The shift was dramatic and now I am always rocking some kind of jewelry.

The best to get is something that is handmade, unique, and purchased directly from the artist. That way you can get the backstory behind the piece, which makes it more meaningful and it gives you a great talking point with the girl who asks about it.

"The necklace...oh, it's from an artist in Oaxaca, he made it from the horn of a buffalo, it took weeks to carve all the detail. It represents the thin line between life and death. It's good to think about death every once in a while...then you can appreciate life more...and it makes sex a lot more intense." Boom, necklace game.

I'm down in Mexico and stocking up on all the incredibly jewelry they have down here. Some examples:

Those aren't the exact pieces I have, but you get the idea.
