Swedes in Santa Barbara

A good friend of mine growing up went to UCSB. He went for a degree in recreation, he left with a minor in beer bonging and a major in rolling blunts. Seriously though, he said the place was a fucking nut house! Sounds like a good time.

I partied at UCSB a lot in college as I had some very close friends there. It's simply awesome. Everyone gets hammered, there are a ton of girls and some crazy shit goes down. It's gotten a bit more high brow in terms of educational requirements so the quality naturally has dipped, but the SBCC girls even that out.

One of my best nights of my 2012 came again in Santa Barbara. Let's just say my friends and I somehow pulled off Old School in real life. It was pretty spectacular.

I had a lot of fun in SB when I was younger (I grew up in Ventura which is 45 min away). I had zero game and even then I had some great bangs.

The student housing area is called Isla Vista, or simply "IV", which got the nickname "HIV". Tons of alcohol, cocaine, and slutty college girls. Social connections are important, but go on a Friday after a final and you'll see some pretty crazy partying. Thousands of kids in the street completely hammered, jumping from party to party, looking to score free booze and pussy. Apparently there's tons of cops now; that trend started when I was partying here around 2000. I got busted by the cops for minor in possession of alcohol. What they didn't know is I had about a half ounce of weed in my pocket. It was halloween and I was dressed as a line of cocaine. Alas, the humor was lost on the cops.

ANYWAY I later worked in santa barbara cooking in a few restaurants and the scene can be either drunk college kids, or older 30+ yuppies and cougars, there's not much in between.

I highly recommend if you're passing through. Be advised that it's expensive.

Oh yeah and about the Swedes, my mom had some Swedish friends there. They were all either gay, bi, in open relationships, total swingers, all kinds of crazy shit.

"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."

Wow this place sounds cool
Not that I'm going there anytime soon, but for us non-US guys, are there many college/party towns like that in the US?

Oh lord, Santa Barbara. Careful. Unofficial motto: "come on vacation, leave on probation." Spend your time pregaming at the Sporty all you want or slogging through last call at the Shitty Kitty, but be ready for the bitchiest women on the face of the Earth. Or maybe I just don't fit into the game there. Try not to piss off the West Mish kids.

This thread needs some videos. Here are some UCSB bitches partying in Isla Vista on the 4th of July:

I randomly ran across this rather lame blog by Swedish chicks living in Santa Barbara, California.

Apparently, there are a bunch of them every year who attend the City College over there.

Anyone ever spend some time in Santa Barbara? Looks like a strictly under 30 (under 25 even) scene, although I do remember hearing that Michael Jordan and Charles Barkeley used to hit it up semi-regularly back in the day to bang through record numbers of blonde co-eds.

so these chicks pass up a free education in Sweden just to attend a no-name junior college 6,000 miles from home???

uhmm this no name college youre talking about is actually the number 1 city college in the nation. [Image: wink.gif] Yes, UCSB is a gold mine, we have a town just for partying, lets say a mini ibiza.
