Chlamydia Flag

Found out today I earned the chlamydia flag. Punishment...$2.30 for medicine and a 7-day trip to the DL. And I'll have to tell my lay from this weekend who couldn't have been the cause. Curious how that'll go.

This one was worth the cost, but a good reminder that bigger risks are out there.

Having to tell other people is the worst part. What do you mean by the 7-day trip?

DL in sports stands for the disabled list. Players who aren't fit to play.

Is chlamydia the one you can't catch twice?

Specific symptoms you had? I cant google anything these days cause I end up being positive I am dying of everything.

Congrats on your new flag.

I think you can get chlamydia and gonorrhea more than once. All you do is pop some anti biotics and it's gone. Were you pissing razor blades?

Lmao Jammer, definitely wasn't aiming for that one.

-Yeah, I think you can keep getting it, but like houston said you just pop your antibiotics and stay away from the vag for 7 days and you're good to go.
-No razor blades or symptoms
-Just found out from a physical and STD test
-Yeah, probably from raw dogging
-Eh, it's not that hard to tell people. If you're man enough to get it/spread it, may as well be man enough to tell them. But I'm told the CDC has somebody contact you and they'll tell people for you anonymously. Seriously, the consequences are shockingly small for this one.

Problem is getting it a lot of times. Not too good for your system being on antibiotics every two months ^.

Still not a bad STD to get though.

The worst part is talking to the girls. I got it from one girl I was seeing and gave it to another who had a boyfriend. Not a fun phone call to make.

Also taking the condom off halfway through is not the best STD prevention strategy.

I've gone through tons of girls and have yet to get anything, then again I wrap up pretty much every time.

My insistence on rawdogging just resulted in a reality check. I am pretty sure I just got Chlamydia as well. There's a little discharge at the tip of my stick. I'm kinda freaked out. I haven't gotten tested in awhile. I hope it's not too serious. I've read on here that fish antibiotics work just as well as the ones they prescribe. Can anyone comment on this?

Had a plate get it (I ended up being clean, she got it from somewhere else) took the antibiotic 2 pills for 7 days.

I never took the fish ones.

Now's a good time to get checked for everything, piss test, blood panels, etc.

There are free clinics around where you can get tested anonymously. I go once a year...so far so good I've not tested pos for anything ever...knock on wood (no pun intended)

PM me if you are local to the OC and tell you where one is

You can have this with no symptoms for years, and give it to every chick you raw dog.

Its much worse for the girls, affects their fertility.

Fish antibiotics are the same as human antibiotics just in smaller amounts. You'd probably what to take a z pack (Azithromycin) if you can source it.

From the CDC's page:
http://www.cdc.gov/std/tg2015/chlamydia.htm
Quote:Quote:

Azithromycin 1 g orally in a single dose
OR
Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice a day for 7 days
Alternative Regimens
Erythromycin base 500 mg orally four times a day for 7 days
OR
Erythromycin ethylsuccinate 800 mg orally four times a day for 7 days
OR
Levofloxacin 500 mg orally once daily for 7 days
OR
Ofloxacin 300 mg orally twice a day for 7 days

So if you opt for fish antibotics make sure your matching up the doses to what is listed there.

Make sure to follow the regiment 100% or else it won't go away or worse make a more resistant strain.

I've had the flag three times over due to my love of raw dogging. After the third time last year it was finally lesson learned. It's an inconvenience at worst but still not all that fun peeing fire.

I get a kick out of the changing opinions on the forum. In certain threads it's "RAW DOG FOR LIFE BRO!!" and then the second there's any kinds of consequences the attitude quickly changes to a "I told you so" safe sex PSA type of message. We're all adults and we all know the risks of our lifestyle and we need to live with our choices. #rantover [Image: dodgy.gif]

I didn't wrap up last time and threads like these make me panic each time. The funny thing is that women never ask to use a condom and make a surprised face when I wrap up

I was wrong, it's the clap. My appointment to get tested is tomorrow but I've done my research and I'm 90 percent sure it's the clap and not Chlamydia (the discharge, as well as the short time frame showing symptoms is why I say that).

I'm wondering if a Z pack would help with that? This morning taking a piss was fucking painful as hell. I was doing P90x this morning (plyometrics, which involves lots of jumping around) and that too caused undue irritation down under)

By God it your dick and it's got drainage. Go to a clinic and get it checked and appropriate antibiotics.

Fish abt are ok but are not sufficient for this. CDC has changed guidelines away from only oral as first line because of resistance. You need a gram of Rocephin shot into the ass and a gram of oral azithromycin. Even if you could get the rocephin from some questionable source it will hurt like a MF'er if it's not reconstituted with lidocaine.

Find somewhere else to save $$, this isn't it.

No, gonnorrhea has become resistant to regular treatment. Best to go to the doctor and get the proper treatment. They've been doing special injections to kill it.

There used to be a very big "raw dog" contingent in the early days of the forum, if I recall Roosh was all about it too.

Eventually Roosh had a PSA post about the dangers of raw dogging and apologized for recommending it to guys.

It's probably a good idea to wrap it up for good these days. Antibiotic resistant STDs are probably going to be a big problem in the future without any drugs to cure them or solutions that are costly or very painful.

If you want a really scary read, check out this straight dope page:
http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/show...p?t=570111

It has a story about how the scarring of ghonnorhea would block the urethra and they would use metal catheters to break the scar tissue. [Image: confused.gif]

The worst part of catching a bug is taking antibiotics.

They absolutely destroy your gut flora.

Because of the overuse of antibiotics, you can't count on old standbys like azithromycin, doxycycline, etc., to cure you reliably any longer.

So docs are prescribing crazy shit like ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin, which in addition to destroying your microbiome also have some scary side effects like irreversible tendon damage (in the case of levo).

Dude - can relate.

Took a Z pac a few years back for strep - my gut was fucked up for MONTHS.

I was literally pissing out my ass for months, I was stoked when I could take a solid shit for once.

Same shit happened a month and a half back with bitch accusing me of giving her chlamydia - she got it from some other dude.

I took that 7 day script and once again - it fucked up my gut for almost a month.

Finally back to normal.

I hate pills man.

I agree. Antibiotics, while useful, equate to a scorched earth attack on the gut. I love raw dogging but it's just not worth it. Nowadays with Tinder you MUST assume that every girl is carrying something. Wrap it up gents.
