Why are you here? - Daygame in other neighborhoods
01-13-2013, 10:27 AM
(For this post, I'm talking about residential neighborhoods in big cities where there are a ton of woman walking around - most local to the neighborhood.)
If you go to a neighborhood for the sole purpose of daygame the women you approach are going to wonder what you are doing in their neighborhood.
Using a NYC example, if you live in Manhattan and go to Williamsburg, Dumbo, Sunset Park, or Fort Greene to daygame what do you say if the hb asks what you are doing in brooklyn?

The pros of this are the following.
1. This can be used anywhere.
2. It is believable - she will assume you are looking to adopt a dog.
The cons of this are the following
1. If you don't like dogs then it will be incongruent.
2. You might be stuck in a conversation about a dog.

I have done thousands of day time approaches in a wide variety of different neighborhoods and I have been asked that question maybe twice.
Is this an assumption or is this based on personal experience?
That is a logical question that a man would ask. A woman is often more concerned with her hair, makeup, or what she is gonna have for dinner.
If they do ask, I just say..
Shopping
Working
Visiting a friend
Visiting family
Etc.

This is an assumption not based on personal experience.
I've only done daygame in areas in NYC where it is assumed that you have a good reason to be there such as bookstores, street fairs, midtown, union square, etc... I have been avoiding going to Brooklyn or certain neighborhoods in Manhattan that are very residential because I'm afraid of being exposed as going there just to approach woman.
Perhaps this in an irrational fear?
