Why are so many former members banned?

One thing I noticed while lurking for a few months prior to joining is the amount of members that are banned. Oftentimes, these guys might have scores of posts and seem to have a decent reputation. The rules of the forum seem simple enough. The only thing I can think of is that they somehow trangresses Tuthmosis's types of forbidden trolls list...

Why are there so many (seemingly) undeserved bannings?

I would say at least 10% more are generated by Lee "Dash Global" Melvin.
