There are some potential confounding factors here...

First of all, beautiful people tend to attract a lot of friends to themselves and people with a lot of friends tend to be happier, and there is some evidence that happiness boosts your immune system. It might be that beautiful feminine girls are simply more happy because they have more friends. (BTW, this is why in my networking master thread I advise men to lift weights to try build up a v-shaped torso, as this is one of the 'beauty' markers in men - both genders are attracted to v-shaped men)

Secondly, I think feminine chicks probably get laid more, which also some correlation with good health provided you avoid STD's.

Thirdly, this is a tiny study done in a tiny time frame, these results could easily be random chance.
