Miriam 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. I dont know who is who or remember how I met them. The only reason I havent deleted those numbers is so I can say I have 5 Miriams in my contact list.

I usually just put their first name followed by where I met them:
for online, i list their name followed by their username:
ok jessica funkymix290
Or, if I think they might not be as attractive in real life:
ok 5 jessica funkymix290
---------
Otherwise I just put their first name, or I'll something like:
Jessica works Mcdonlds 436st.
