Why are there more women than men in Churches?

Are churches becoming more liberal and ditching their traditionalist roots, or were they never that masculine?

Because women are WHORES and do far more worse than men, and need more time to repent to the priest so they can go out and do more WHORE shit.

Church is therapy for women who are straight up hoes the other six days of the week.

Churches get very caught up in helping minorities, and they are convinced by the rest of society that women's liberation is an altruistic cause and masculinity is an obstruction. Guilt-tripped into abandoning what they stand for. Now that they're cheapened they're just meeting groups for dishonest women.

No man really wants to sit through this sort of one-sided screeching either

A few highly-theoretical guesses, though I'm not biased to any - just off-the-top-of-my-head theories:

1) Women are naturally more emotional and thus have a greater need for spirituality in their lives.
2) Women are more easily persuaded into spiritual dogma - it's easier to appeal to their emotions and sense of faith.
3) Women need and/or respond to leadership more.
4) Modern women feel they're "missing" something in their lives, just as we do. Many are filling that hole inside themselves through spirituality, just as many of us fill it through "game" and self-improvement.
5) Women crave the traditional, conservative roles of the past and some are finding it through the religious community.
6) Women are naturally drawn to altruistic causes; many religions express themselves through altruistic endeavors.
7) Women feel guiltier than men due to the contrasts they live with - their current roles/freedoms vs. their natural tendencies.
8) Women are more social by nature, and men, Americans especially, prefer to "go it alone"; churches are social by default.
9) Many men would be ridiculed by friends, or at least fear ridicule, for "going to church." Most women could expect full support from friends on a spiritual move, no matter how far out.

ALL THAT SAID, we may be committing a very basic fallacy here as no one has asked the most important question - ARE there more women in churches than men, or is that an assumption pulled from thin air?

Beyond All Seas

"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe.
To be your own man is a hard business. If you try it, you'll be lonely often, and sometimes
frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." - Kipling

Women tend to be more religious, and always have been. They are more emotional, and find it easier to place all their trust in God, because they are the weaker sex and are more inclined to trust and be dependent. A book I read by a priest who wrote in the 1700s said as much, so it's definitely not just a modern phenomenon. I will say, though, that men's tolerance for bullshit -especially P.C. feminist egalitarian bullshit masquerading as divine obligation- is lower than women's, so that has undoubtedly contributed to the decline in Church attendance in the last 40 years. The vast majority of Christian leaders today have unfortunately bought into the principles of the modern world hook, line, and sinker.

Priests and preachers with large congregations are masters of game and powerful men. You might not think so because of the notion of clergy and celibacy or at least faithfulness to one partner. But they're just good at keeping their dirty laundry hidden.

I know a bunch of whores that go. This is one of the things that turned me off from religion was the hupocrites that can't even follow the laws of the religion that they follow. But I feel that a lot of women go because they are supposed. They were brought up that way and they get all dressed up. It's like a social event for them

Said she only fucked like 4 or 5 niggas so you know you gotta multiply by three

Why does it happen? Because it happens...roll the bones! You have a natural warm market where the ratios are good (and they are good...in what other venues in the US is this true? A lot of churches I've been to in the U.S. are just plain meat markets) and just showing up is a DHV to these women. I think churches are one of the best places in America for gaming. Granted, you have to select churches and targets well and you have to know the rules for gaming at church, but once you do, it's game on.

Biggest reason is because churches are not man friendly like they used to be. Nowadays you have a lot of singing and holding hands type of shit. The stuff that would bring in the men was generally church sponsored sports teams and trips.
