Today a good looking girl did the ultimate ice queen move of looking down as she we walked past each other, while keeping straight posture (head back chin up) and a straight face. I could only see her eye shadow. total bitch face.

After passing her I wanted ask her why she was staring at the ground and looking like a bitch when she came up to me, but it was too late. I thought about turning around,going back, and saying something but didn't. ( also I live in Germany and feel a bit bad about confronting the locals in English. Should I not give a fuck?) I wanted to say this more to scold and punish her, but also to find out why she did it and see if I could crack her fast and have a conversation with a human. Also to get more comfortable being a jerk/assertive/getting the behavior I expect out of people.

Do you have any suggestions for increasing my reaction speed?

There is a yellow ball with odd ends that you can purchase that will increase your hand speed and help you when handling the ball. You'll probably increase steals per game. You drop it and it bounces at odd angles off of the ground so by catching it, you will increase your speed.
