I believe if you get 10 guys and tell a group of a 100 women to rate them all in order the entire list would look pretty similar.

It all comes down to how proportional your features are and how symmetrical your face is. Beauty is universal. Humans instinctively know beauty.

This is true for facial features. However, there are cultural variations for hair color, skin fairness, body size etc.

Yup, look at the Tinder App thread on this forum. Any guy who says he is getting lots of matches on Tinder is above average or very good looking, since looks are just about the only thing that matters on that app. It's odd when guys who are getting tons of hits on Tinder talk about running game. I know that if I maximize my opportunities, my body, and game, I will always have access to some pussy. Maybe it will be 5, 10,15 a year, I don't know. But I know that even tough I am not good-looking, or ripped ( and will probably never be, due to fucked-up genetics), I can still do all I can to become the best man I can be, and turn the tide.

TLDR:
Find your niche, present yourself the best possible way to EVERYONE, and it will work ( personally I have spent one whole year going from having no sense of rythm at all, to becoming a pretty good dancer, making other people cheer for me, or feel the need to be comforted by their girlfriends that they dance better than me - actually, they do not). I think game is the wrong word for guys who want to better themselfs. Skill is a better word because it concentrates on the technik whereas hight and face are not factors which have nothing to do with working on skills. This means a guy with good looks can pull more than an ugly guy with mad skills. What´s wrong is that guys with looks look down to guys who are ugly but have better skills. That´s not fair. Same with the Alpha thing. Bigger guys are automatically given status by men without them demonstrating any skills. So what happens is guys who work hard are not given credit and guys who have some physical advantages are given credit.

If it´s about self developement then hard work must be given credit. In that case a retarded person who worked harder should be given more credit than a guy who did almost nothing and lives almost from his looks. Then it gets close to celebrity worship. Its relatively easy for average/ugly men to improve themselves looks-wise.

- Take care of some easily fixed facial issues: get a good haircut, whitened teeth, and a decent tan +1pt
- Start dressing fashionably (and in a way that suits your body type) +1pt
- Workout enough so you're noticeably in very good shape through clothes: +1 or +2pts depending on where you are in the world

The first and second of these take money, but not a huge amount. Under $1500 most places in the developed world would take care of it. The last takes about 3 years of solid effort, but working out just has so many benefits in life its something every male on here should be doing anyway, regardless of the positive effect it'll have on gaming.

Doing these will mean an average guy is now attractive enough (8/10) whereby pretty much any women will be OK with talking to you. It'll just be down to your having enough game to close them. For a very ugly guy they'll have gotten themselves up to a 7 or so, which should be enough to enable them to get average looking girls consistently at least, if they've also worked on their inner game.

Having money would also be a +1pt in certain countries, or in nearly all of them once you reach a certain age (35+). But thats a longer-term fix, compared to the relatively easy looks ones above.
