First women in the UFC!

"You need to train a female athlete in a much different manner than you train a male athlete" per Jeff Novitzky based on the UFC Performance Institute.

At 56:50, he talks about what they know The truth about female fighters, training and cutting weight. Maybe this is evidence that women aren't meant to fight. That's not to say no woman should ever fight, certainly they should be able to do what they want.

Think about it though...even at the upper echelon of female athletes, their bodies, even the invisible physiology, simply were not built to fight.

I remember when Ronda Rousey said her long-term goal was to get married and have children. Of course it was glossed over by the media, "what?!?!" as if having children is so far below being a top tier UFC fighter. I for one found it refreshing.
