Just a thought - but instead of ranking us by barback, bartender up to Restaurant owner, why not use a more cool system such as Military - like private, gunnery sergeant, master sergeant, liutenant all the way up to general.

Or if not military, use martial arts:

White Belt, green belt, all the way up to 9th degree black belt - perhaps?

Of course there is always corporate:

mail room clerk all the way up to board of directors too!

I found the restaurant ranking system kind of boring.
