At 27 most woman are done and is only acceptable if she is hot or has taken care of herself well. A 5 like that at her age is repugnant, especially with her personality.
He probably didn't find out her age until he started engaging in conversation with the girl. Of course, Date Lab won't do a guy a favor and set him up with an eighteen or nineteen year old. That's just part of the overall trolling that goes on.
