Lindsay Wagner. And no plastic surgery that I'm aware of.

Lindsey Wagner shows how an older woman can still look elegant even as a senior citizen.

She's went through a drug period at the end of Bionic Woman but has been on a new-age wellness kick ever since. That's why.

I think "new age wellness kick" is Hollywood speak for tasteful well-executed plastic surgery, but she looks very good in any case.

Hey kiddo - that's how older women used to look like before plastic surgery and botox. I still remember women like that from my childhood. They mostly looked happy and content as they were surrounded by a ton of grandchildren (this was in the 1970s and early 1980s).

Now I look around and all I see are disgruntled elderly women with what we here in Spain call 'cara de mala leche' (i.e. resting bitch face). They are clearly lonely miserable manhaters and most of them wonder the streets on their own with no husband in sight.

The other day I'm at the mercado central for an early morning coffee and look around (plenty of hot turistas there). Two elderly ladies dressed to the nines sit down next to me and start eye fucking me attempting to raise my attention. I mean those gals must have been in their late 50s or something and cosmetic surgery head to toe. Ignored the shit out of them to make a point. GTF outta here and head home to your cats, gra'ma!

What depressing reality and if I enter my 70s acting like that I'll probably make a quick pass by my gunlocker for final resolution.

Here's a happy grandma probably in her mid 60's (I think). They still exist somewhere out there in the world.

Another wall survivor. Kate Beckinsale is looking less worn-out than her Underworld franchise these days at 45.

This mysterious miracle of wall-postponement probably won't last much longer because she smokes.

Some women insist on acting like the wall will never come for them...

What are you talking about? Lindsay has her bionic powers!

Also, she's long been a vegetarian. I don''t know if that's an argument for it or not.

Yes, she looks great.

Watched 'Lake Placid' (1999) on Netflix the other night with the family. Great, underrated, fun film with some memorable one-liners. Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves making it.

Anyway, when Bridget Fonda appeared my mind was blown at just how quickly she's been forgotten. She was huge in the 90's and seemed to be in every film for a time. Turns out she had a car accident and retired from acting nearly twenty years ago! She looked great I thought in her heyday; very natural with that girl-next-door vibe.

This is her now at 54;

Here are some then-now photos of a few wall survivors.

We'll start with Jennifer Beals of Flashdance. She is 54 now:

Lea Thompson was most famous for playing Marty's mom in the Back to the Future films. She is 57 now:

Molly Ringwald was never that pretty. She is holding up pretty well at 50 though:

This Asian lady is a grandmother. How is that possible? I couldn't find her exact age but I'm guessing at least mid to late 40's.

perhaps this is hijacking this thread and there's somewhere else more appropriate (and probably has been mentioned before), but I had a method for evaluating a girl's resilience to the wall when I was looking for LTR material, and it was one of the points in favor of my current wife:

check how her mother looked when she was your girl's age and if she still looks good.

if so, you should be more or less safe, provided you don't choose an over indulgent, unhealthy girl - but that's part of the general vetting process.

given that my mother in law still looks attractive at 53, I am confident my girl will age gracefully.

celebrities are a whole other story, given how much money, personal trainers, etc, they have.

Cassandra Peterson who used to play the character Elvira, Mistress of the Dark in the 1980s.

Not sure when the below photos were taken, but she's age 67 in the year 2018.
Born 1951.
Never knew she was a natural readhead:

Some wrinkles showing around her eyes and neck, but her famous huge rack still seems in very good shape

Natural redhead? At 67 it's a safe bet she's naturally grey. Although it's entirely possible she was a redhead of course.
