Chick took a pic of me while hanging with some new dude

Okay, this was strange but I think I get it...

I had a flirty thing with this waitress one night while out on the town, so left a note with my number and some well played heckling, inviting a text. Got about 3 texts from her later that night. She was an eager beaver.

I was still living 2 hours out in the boonies at this point and kept trying to make it up. She was practically begging for it, but I just couldn't make it work and actually stood her up twice.

Eventually she lost interest and wandered off (couldn't blame her) and now that I'm back in civilization I tried to revive it a couple weekends ago, but it was a dead lead at this point. No biggie. These things happen when your logistics are off.

But the other night I'm in her restaurant again - pretty sure she doesn't work there anymore - and she comes in with her friends and some guy she's with. I wasn't sure if she recognized me so I just played it cool and let her do her thing. I'm sitting there talking to my boy and look over to catch her leaning back to where the guy can't see her and snapping a photo of me with her iPhone. lol

I think her friends were smirking but couldn't tell - hell, maybe it was something behind me? but I don't think so.

Now, I realize what I probably should have done was sent her a text then and there to start playfully flirting and fucking with her head while she's sitting with homeboy. But the guy was all lovey dovey and putting her arm around her and I just didn't have the heart to play the game.

Still an odd one though.
