it depends on how much money youre looking to spend, on the upperscale there's hyatt and hilton and prices go up for carnival so you would have to book all now. it is literally in the middle of the carnival route though so if you can swing it go for it. To get the best experience for carnival you'll have to buy a costume in one of the bands which is the easiest way to get to the thousands of girls as they rope off the masquaraders from the public. costumes are 500 us to get into a descent band and if you can make it seem as if youre a photographer for a magazine in the us, the stuff broads would do to get attention.

What do the women speak? English?

What do they look like? More West Indian or more African?

How are their attitudes? NY Trinis vs Trini Trinis

I vaguely remember meeting a Trini years back but have no idea what sets them apart from Jamaicans.

They are a mixture. A large percentage of Indians on the island so some women look Indian, some look mixed with Indian (Jamaicans call it coolie, other islands find that term derogatory). Some look Chinese, there is all sorts of mix but they all blend together.

Their attitudes are cool and fun loving. They generally want to fete till they sweat.

Thanks. How easy is it to bed one of them?

You spend substantial time out there?

The Jamaican women I have are somewhat easy but that conflicts with some of the stuff people say here.

I haven't gamed them much, I've slammed a few but I haven't gone to exclusive events to deal with them. This was all in Toronto which skews events and experiences.

I only went out there once, I'd love go out there again..

Most of jamaican women i have met were mad easy. I know a british-nigerian cat that went to Jamaica and he said women there were super easy. I need to check out jamaica and see it for myself.

I know a good priced guesthouse but not in the best neighborhood. It's about a half mile north of Queens Park Savannah in the Belmont district. About a mile from Arapita Ave. Very close to the action and fete's. I'll post up some Carnival info when I get a chance. I will say right now if you are planning on staying a while, book your departure ticket for the Wednesday morning. those flights are always overbooked and you will get a nice voucher if you decide to 'give up' your seat and stay a few more days.

And hey Phoenix500000, what do you see as being the big songs this year? I've seen a little of the Kes and Montano new stuff but wasn't overly impressed.
