Has any done the 24 day challenge. Today was my second day back to the gym after 3 months off and i overheard at least 3 or 4 people talking about this.

I looked it up and it seemed legit.

Does this program deserve all the hype I heard about it at the gym? or is it just another gimmick?

I think it costs around $190 I overhead one person say but I am seeing different prices online.
