I have been hearing more and more about this pineal gland in our bodies (or out third eye as it's called). Supposedly all our water and food contains fluoride which destroys the gland.

Just wondering if anyone has more information or knows more about the pineal gland than I do - how to prevent ruining the gland, and how to 'detoxify' it, clean it up, make it as strong as it possibly can be?

that's a good start. Throw in green tea, turmeric, vitamin D and a great multivitamin, and some weight lifting. Boom.
