1. Exercise
-weight lifting, sprinting, walking
2. Healthy diet
unprocessed foods only- fruits, veggies, meat, eggs, nuts, and some legumes(sprouted peas)
uncooked or lightly boiled
Not eating too much- I feel more motivated when a little hungry
3. Avoiding too much Media
No TV, movies only an occasional treat, listen to the news on the radio and limited internet browsing
4. No porn or masturbation
5. Sunlight and nature
6. Social interaction- meeting up with some friends to relax and talk a bit, doing some game approaches
7. Meditation
