Any one been to Cuba and can break it down?

Yeah I have been to Cuba.

Biggest issue is the authorities. If you don't look Cuban then you can't even walk down the street with a girl without the police hassling her.

They will assume that she is a hooker and hookers get jail time followed by time at a "re-education camp" in cuba.

Bottom line is that girls can't even been seen with you in public.

Get some contacts and invitations to private parties in Cuba.
