Stic Man's "The Workout" will get you pumped at the gym

So I bought this album before hitting the gym today - it's like a self-help tape with dope beats. The whole album is good, but some highlights:

Back on my regimen -

Let it burn -

Runner's high -

There's even a track you can play to motivate the bishes [Image: lol.gif]

Nice, I'll peep this out, I'm a big fan of Dead Prez and seen them a few times, although I think I like M-1 a bit better. Both them dudes are really into healthy lifestyles, working out, and are dedicated practioners of Jeet Kune Do.

This is one of my favorite songs to pump iron to:

Not to turn this into a race thread, but WTF, I thought Dead Prez was supposed to be a conscious hiphop group? That video was like every fucked up stereotype about black people crammed into 6 minutes. [Image: undecided.gif]

That's a classic. Let's Get Free is still one of my all time favourite albums. Not a single weak track on it.

"when things get hard, I go harder"

sick line. I definitely know that feeling, last few reps of a heavy set of squats. Your whole shit is shaking, lungs burning, you reach inside and explode animalistically through your last rep.

I love this dead prez track.

One of the most underrated/inspirational hip-hop tracks of all time:

To the dead prez fans on here:

It seems like they really changed their style from that early track.

I never listened to them much after.

Any tracks I should listen to?
