Woman handwrites >100 reasons she doesn't want to have a baby

Dear God, the testosterone must be strong in this one. If she complains this much, it's probably better off she's not creating offspring. She sounds like a 30+ childless woman whose hampster is running on TURBO OVERDRIVE to justify why she's wasting her waning fertile years.

Yup, classic case of convincing herself of her own happiness. Anyone that has to create this list has some serious denial issues.

"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."

Dude, I've been shopping around for a place to live, and have been looking at sharing an apartment/house with others. And the 30+ women are nuts. One told me she didn't want a girlfriend living with me. Ok, that's understandable. Then she tells me if I have a girl over more than once a month, it's going to be a problem. Another one, after she hears my (young) age, male voice and my office job, keeps babbling about how she's so "health conscious" and "into healthy living" that I couldn't possibly live there. I was thinking, "bitch, how many pullups can you do? What's your body fat percentage?"

Plus there are all the listings I never even contact, that say things like "mid-30s professional who LOVES cats. Prospective tenants must LOVE my three cats."

I wasn't looking to live with an old woman, I'd just see promising listings and then find out later...

I was thinking of writing a description of the perfect roommate, based on what I've seen:

Likes to go out and spend time away from home, but must be willing to pay for a $100 cable bill every month (this one really pisses me off)
Always cleans up after yourself, but willing to pay $50 for a maid to come once a month
420 tolerant, but doesn't smoke, party or have wild nights.
Has no pets, but willing to put up with mine.
Doesn't work from home, doesn't have crazy hours.
Has no girlfriend, but doesn't bring random girls home either.
Health conscious vegan.
Friendly, but not too friendly.
Likes to cook but doesn't use the kitchen much.

Getting a shared apartment in DC is a pain in the ass. You have to pass all their SWPL and PC hoops. American women screen out roommates like they do potential boyfriends.

I wonder if those PC DC women would let a minority move in [Image: lol.gif]

I was going to call her out, but my phone weirdly cut out mid-conversation (no BS), and I wasn't going to call her back just to yell at her.

SWPLs love to pose as being 'open-minded,' but the moment they meet someone who isn't 100% SWPL, they feel threatened and run. I've got a rather anti-SWPL job.

I may have to get a 3 bedroom place or a house and just hope I can fill it in time with people *I* choose, to pay the lease.

As long as he looks like a black Mo Rocca, he should be good.

this thread is hilarious. Her hamster is definitely going into overdrive. I'm glad I've never lived with a 30+ year old woman.

And here she reveals that the process of child-rearing is IN FACT crucial to her social role as a woman, and that she secretly wants kids but is just a crazy spinster/cat lady.

Basil, don't ever live with female roommates, always a bad idea. There's simply nothing positive about it. Few years ago I lived with 2 girls and 1 guy in a big house. The guy was very cool and chill but the girls very simply pain in the ass, nothing too serious, but simply annoying. If I was looking for roommates I would specifically say that I'm looking for males only. There's simply nothing good about living with a girl you are not fucking, and if you are it is a very slippery slope.

You'd better find some LONG TERM roommates now then, by 2015 that will be a form of illegal housing discrimination.

Agree with this. Guys are so much more chilled.

The only thing is that girls tend to tidy up more, so if you live with girls you're likely to live in a tidier place than with just guys.

Other than that the downsides are just too great.
