^ True. As I was writing my post above, I thought to myself that future wars will have a large portion fought from behind a computer. I think of Enders Game, but for women, that will take out all the emotion from the killing.

They are not built for it, and 40 years of feminism will not be able to completely destroy a million years of evolution. If a woman was sitting in an A/C cooled trailer in the middle of the desert shooting sprog avatars on a screen, took a nice chill 30min lunch break and had some free time to hit the gym and have a soak, then yes women will very much be part of the next draft.

Women in combat roles is a bullshit idea. It isn't going to happen because it doesn't win wars. Girls can go to Ranger School and pass because of SJW policy of reduced minimum requirements... but they're not actually Rangers. They're going to go back to the supply room in North Carolina taking selfies and facebooking the fancy new Ranger tag on their sleeve not fighting wars.

Drafting females is a terrible idea that's long overdue.
I wholeheartedly do not support it from a practical and sober standpoint, yet in these upside down times, a change in the law can't come soon enough.

Sure, we know it will never be implemented, but make them eat their words - I just want to see them squirm out of this the way they rationalized every other fucked up change that they've advocated in the past 10-15 years.

At this point, we can't save the house. Might as well get the marshmallows.

Well I'm drunk so I say they deserve it. Although looking at it from the most pragmatic standpoint, maybe they don't.

We're faced with a fundamental question: what is the role of women? I don't have a good answer. In a post-feminist world, I would say they've given all the rights and responsibilities we're given. So, draft is good. But, but, if we're trying to be reactionary, they don't deserve to be drafted. So, my question is: what are we advocating for.

Take a step back: women have no place, I repeat: no place in combat. The studies are clear. In our ideal western-patriarchal-oriented civilization, what do we do? We don't put women in combat. They're mothers and ill-equipped to handle combat.

Who says the draft should be in fighting capacity? Why not allow for a healthcare capacity.

Make the choice available for everyone.

It won't matter for the US professional warmachine, but in Europe it would mean a lot of young women forced to do real work at a young age. Would "make a woman" out of girls, like how the military supposedly makes men out of boys.
