Year abroad. Where to?

Year abroad. Where to?

I have one more year of high school here in the states. I've no idea what I want to do for a living so I'm not going to college, at least not yet. Anyway, I'd like to study abroad for a year after I graduate here. Hopefully I can get a scholarship because I don't have much money.
Where should I go? I'm Welsh, so I'm thinking Wales, but France and Germany sound good too. Any thoughts on where I should go and any scholarship info would be much appreciated. Thanks

I can recommend Toulouse, France as a good place to study, I spent a year studying there as an exchange student and had a great time. Its a big student city, solid night life, relatively cheap to rent there, decent weather and the food is good too. Of course, lots of hot French girls in Toulouse.

Berlin is cheap and apparently a rising tech startup hub, if you are interested in that at all.

Don't make the mistake spending shit load of money on prestigious college like I did unless u gonna a really useful degree, these days going to cheap public school , then go to graduate is better. But I know school is cheap as shit in Austria, 400euros a semester in U of Vienna, but cost of living high. Vienna a great city with alot of beautiful and cultural shit to do, girls hot too(not Slavic hot, but a lot Slavs though), close to Slavic paradise(Bratislava, an hour away) and center of Europe, easy go to various places. Poland I hear is good too.
There is the Boren scholarship for incoming or college students.

Thanks for the input. Keepreal, I wouldn't be going to college, I would be doing a fifth year of highschool there after I graduate here. I would stay with a host family. If I ever do go to college, however, u've just convinced me to do it in Europe.
