I'd like some reccommendations on bodybuilding books that you found helpful. I already have Arnold: Education of a Bodybuilder and Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding and Joe Wieder's Ultimate Bodybuilding.
The first Arnold book I like but Arnold Enyclopedia I found overwhelming.
Joe Wieder book was written in the 80's and the workouts seem to be for people on steroids. I know Roosh reccomends Mark Rippertoe Starting strengths but it looks like something for powerlifters What book/workout routines have you found helpful?
