Anyway, the other highlight from tonight:

I really didn't want to go out. I felt like shit, and I was not in a "Martin-Short-Lucky-Guy-ha-ha-possibly-gay-early-2000s-game" mood.

A group of people pulled up to the bar. Two guys, and two hot girls. I made sure to talk to the whole group. I used the stereotypical opener, but I made sure to address the whole group: "You guys look like you're having the most fun in here." One of the guys bought me a drink for being cool. I had some respect for him after that, so I didn't run game on his girl.. that much. I still talked to her a bit.

It totally turned my mood around.

Always befriend the group first.

Any other tips on how to make nice with the group? This is very important because hot girls always travel in groups.

Each girl in that group has entered your harem for the night and who knows, she may possibly end up in rotation. As for the guys, they now orbit you and demonstrate value to the rest of the girls in the area.

I roll dolo only because I have trouble gaming with buddies. I have friends who have better and worse game than I have for all the different bars. I end up getting distracted when I'm with them- either I just nerd out and talk shop with them, or ignore them and walk off to talk to some girl.

I'm not so good at winging yet. Winging is not just hanging out with your friend(s). It's work. You really have to set ground rules before you go out with a wing, or it will turn into a shit-show.

I believe that real winging is a deeper friendship than most of our other relationships. All guys want to wing with their buddies, this is the dream. But, in reality, it's very hard to go out if you don't have guidelines, intuitive or intellectual, to follow.

I've only ever managed SNLs from rolling dolo. I winged one of my main buddies to perfection when he was going to "call it a night" because he had finals the next day. I was like "well if you can't go with her to this bar, then I will and catch you later. No way i was fuckin turning in at midnight. That got his ass in gear and he came with and ended up banging the chick in her apartment after the bar. I was right down the hall way and could hear all the sound effects. I even entertained talking to this homo kid that was one of her friends, but fuck it, I'm always down to wing my main bros. I basically had to guide his dick into her pussy runway. All I got out of it was passing out on some strangers empty bed. The whole night I could hear my veins pulsing though my head from all the booze we drank. I should have gotten a true wingman badge from dude, only got a mediocre thanks. We planned that down to the letter. I peeled off at the second bar and started chatting up a 5 (not fat thank god) who was my friend's targets friend. Perfectly choreographed. At the end of the night I pulled the "I'm tired" just like we had planned so they can start fucking like rabbits. At least I got to hear good sound effects?

And this is the friend out of my close nit circle of guys who i consider the Least Beta.

Soup: My buddy and I are both in college doing fairly tough majors(compared to the rest of majors offered.) We make an absolute rule to not talk about what we actually do and just come up with wacky stories about how I am either an investment banker or that I blow up bridges(thank you Don Draper.) My pal will always say shit like he works for NASA and then his other one is that he deals in the synthetic credit portfolio of a major wall street banke(the name of which he is not legally allowed to disclose.)

I was in the USAF in the intelligence field for a while so sometimes i say shit like, well if I told you want I did, I'd have to kill you. Or at least I might have to bite you.

When I say I'll wing a buddy, does that mean we roll in with a plan (fake careers, maybe false identities) and go after chicks that are in completely seperate groups,or I get the fatty because my buddy is going after the only bangable chick in the group (I'll just peal the fatty away to a different part of the bar and talk about what (fictitious) book I'm writing, only for a little while, definitely not takin that one for the team, or do I just kind of casually drift around the bar looking for other prospects. I have only one friend that can wing. He could easily break into alpha mode but he's still stuck in all that societal expectations crap. This leads to him catching cases of oneitis frequently actually, each time he bangs a girl. Which is getting farther and farther in between now that he just graduated with his bachelors. He knows how to fucking wing though(no idea where he got these abilities...natural wingman?) that's for sure. I'm going to give it one more shot this year to help him see the light. Dude is much more fuckin chill and easier to hang out when he's getting laid on the regular. Otherwise this cat has ants in his pants.
