I heard the alpha quote of the day today. This fat chick was sitting next to this jacked dude pounding a protein shake. She asked if he really needed the whey/told him it wasn't healthy. He didn't respond. She whips out a pack of those gummy candies made of real fruit and a fiber 1 granola bar. She proudly says "look i have healthy snacks too! no fat and high fiber" He turns toward her, looks down at her flabby arms and gunt then says "you know what else is low fat? soda. Those things are pure sugar, they're pretty much candy." She stopped talking to give her hamster some rest before it went into overdrive.
