yeah same exact situation here.
on a side note, I used to also think that my right ball hung lower than my left one because I always used to sleep on my right side, and gravity was taking its toll on my testes.
So I slept on my left side to even things out for about 6 months before learning otherwise.

I've had one once; basically an ingrown hair. It eventually popped/vanished, never to return; not a big deal but a little worrisome. But you're never really wrong going to a doc. Heck, I've been in an LTR the past few months and I'm considering going to a clinic for screening just on general principles for a periodic check.
Its called Fordyce spots just google it youll see pics. Completely normal. Go to a dermatologist if you want confirmation but yea cant get rid of them. I used to be worried girls would think its stds but nope, most girls probably wouldnt notice herpes or genital warts on a dick they're about to suck.
Recently I had a bout of itchiness for like a week and a little bit of redness/red spots/one or two whitehead like pimples in the area at the base of my junk, not on the shaft or tip or anything.
But it all went away in like a week and there wasn't any puss or bleeding or pain while peeing or anything. Unless anyone knows otherwise, I'll assume it was just normal skin irritation.

Especially with no pic. What you described could be one of many things, so I don't understand how some guys are making seemingly definitive diagnoses.
If you want a more informed answer, post a pic - doesn't have to be a dick pic, do a closeup, so all we see is a patch of skin and the pimple.
