Fixing red eyes

I have pretty severe dry eye and every day my eyes are red-rimmed and just look bad. It ages me like 10 years. It makes me look tired and/or high and sucks when I look awful in pictures. I'd consider using make-up if it looks natural and conceals it well. I've also thought about getting a humidifier for when I sleep to add some moisture to my room.
Anyone have any tips to fix this or mask it?

The causes for red eyes are very complicated. If your problem is simple dryness, I'd recommend getting a thicker, moisturizing eye drop (gel). Thera-Tears is a good product. Don't go cheap. Get the expensive shit. Putting them on before you go to sleep works. They also sell a thick balm that you can put in your eye lids to keep your eyes moist through the night. Those never worked for me. Avoid "redness relievers" since they create a addictive, "memory effect" in your eyes. You eyes will rely on them more and more to not be red.
Eye fatigue is another issue. That means not staring at a computer screen all day and, if you do, doing it in a way that minimizes tiring. Rest your eyes periodically and illuminate your room to maximize comfort. This will take experimentation.
Wiping your eye lids with warm-water cotton squares can make a difference too. It relaxes the eye and removes microscopic skin flakes that can get in the corners of the eye and irritate them throughout the day.
Try this stuff and report back.

I got some Thera Tears, and also a gel I can put in my eyes. I have to do something to fix this. My boss keeps asking me what the hell's wrong with my eyes, and I keep explaining that it's dry eye.
I've always had dry eye but having my PRK surgery made it much more prevalent.
Thanks for the tips, I'm going to try them asap.

It's fatigue and diet. Low levels of Riboflavin, vitamin A and K fuck around with your eyes and it's ability to get oxygen into the tiny vessels which causes the redness.
More alkaline foods like greens, water, sleep, and eating more fish and liver (old school diets, liver was eaten once or twice a weak - mad full of riboflavin).
I got this issue to. I got them Jordan eyes and have to carry Vasine on me all the time to deal with it. It makes me look old and tiers also and with my smug face I probably come off as a arrogant chose or a FOB rocking the bloodshots.

You could try Naphazoline drops for immediate redness reduction. To keep your eyes hydrated during the day, keep a couple of ampoules of artificial tears on you all the time. Also, to keep your eyes looking fresh, you can apply Blephagel at night.

Try omega-3 supplement pills, they increase the amount of "good tears" and help whiten your eyes. Helped me pretty significantly/
