Lodging suggestions Miraflores, Peru

Hey guys,
I have found some pretty good deals on airfare from my city to Lima and now am focusing on lodging. I have contemplating balling out on a 2bed 2bath apartment I found for around $1350 for the month. That works out to around $45/day which is cheaper than most hotels. Then their are Hostels. I am new to gaming however it seems hard to escalate things at a hostel. I also have thought about couch surfing. Again it would be almost impossible to escalate unless the hostess was hot and feeling you. Also if your host is a girl maybe she would get jealous about you hitting on so many women. For those that have been to Peru. What do you recommend? Maybe some one knows of a cheaper apartment??

They are right on Parque Kennedy too which is the main square in Miraflores.

Let me know if you get anywhere with the cute black barmaid with the smoking body. I got her to mad flirt with me but couldn't close the deal.

Whats up buddy,

Well, Im not really into the hostel or couchsurfing thing so i wont comment on that. One thing that I did do that seemed to have worked on couchsurfing was e mail the fine chics and ask them about the cool places to go etc, but I DID NOT ask to stay at their place. Seemed like that would be a cool way to get to know some people. Also the couchsurfing community is VERY warm (travelers, etc) so I should not be hard to get some good advice/meet some cool folks. I sometimes offer my place up in couchsurfer but have been surfed on anyones couch.

Now on to where you will stay. Here are my top 3 suggestions on what websites to check out.

1. Craigslist.org-They have tons of options in Peru. Just click on apt/housing...rooms/shared and vacation rentals. They have some REALLY nice options to choose from and the site is in english

2. Vrbo.com-Not many options but check it, and the site is in english

3.Mundoanuncio.com-Tons of options also, you say you speak spanish, so youll be fine because the site is in spanish.

Personally i would stick with Craigslist. They seem to have the most options. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the suggestions! I found the apartment for $1350 on vrbo.com. I have used that site quite a bit traveling. I will check out the other two also. Thanks again!

I stayed at The Point for 2 nights and would recommend it as a decent hostel. There are lots of travelers to meet there and they also get some locals who like to hang out at the bar at night. The area, Barranco, is also pretty cool and has a more bohemian feel to it that the ultra modern Miraflores.

Cool...I was reading their site and it looks like you have to wear wristbands...Hopefully I won't look too dorky with that on. Are the local girls at the bar looking to hookup? I also saw some bar called Bierhaus I has anyone been their? I would think a bar in Lima may be better that going to Dance clubs? Thoughts?

Also, I recommend to checkout this website, theinternationalsexguide.info most of the information over there its related to Pay2Play or tricking scene. However, they have some very good recent non prostitution related info such as apartments, hotels that allow you to bring girls back to your rooms( a lot of higher class hotels do not.) clubs where Pros or semi-pros hang out at so you can avoid those places. Because there's nothing worse than spitting solid good game at a bitch just to find out 2 hours, dinner and 3 shots of Patron later that she will only do something strange, if you give her some change.
