8 Glasses of Water a Day

Glasses of Water a Day
Most people don't drink nearly enough water, yeah there is water in most drinks, coffee, soda, juice, etc., but it's not the same thing as drinking water. I realize the importance of drinking water and I still don't drink enough.

I also think the source of your water is important, I try not to drink tap water and prefer spring or filtered water. I mostly drink this bottle water, which I think is the best I've had:

Yes tap water is not ideal a lot of metals and additives sneak in. BUUUUT bottled water is no fool proof either. Tap Water still has to be tested a dozen times daily. Bottled water has no such quality assurances and a majority of bottled water being sold to day is tap water or from the exact same source as municipal tap water.

If you have the cash then setting up a proper filter system on your tap is ideal. But for broke kats like me a brita filter is more than enough.

Filling my 20oz soda bottles with water is a quick way to make sure I get enough. 3 bottles a day.

Any of you guys actually drink 8 glasses of water each day? How do you feel health-wise doing so?

I personally drink very little water but I would like to start doing this from now on, just for health and well being purposes.

I would appreciate any insight and input from the fellow members.

Drinking a lot of water during the day is good. Sometimes when I have slight headaches I drink a lot of water and I am okay.
