If you are into lower class hoodrat black women with all their juicy asses out in semi-cold weather not giving a sh*t, then Bayou Classic is where it's at. The talent from this past one was pretty impressive. It's during Thanksgiving Break and attracts a lot of people from the south. At this event, you might want to be cautious in case things get out of control as they normally do.

Yeah thats me, i love hood chicks.

Do you know about any event where the women will be whining on you like crazy?

Im talking parties like those ones http://www.worldstarhiphop.com/videos/vi...fHx6LU1954

Damn, they go hard in Oakland. Usually during the Bayou Classic and Essence Fest you can find that type of grinding going on. Otherwise, the women here dance to a local genre of music called "New Orleans Bounce." You can youtube thousands of videos on that. In the hood clubs, that's all they play and the women shake their asses accordingly:

for an upscale place nothing beats the randy gerber Sky Blue.

also magazine street is quite a bit hipper than bourbon.

Don't you mean, Whiskey Blue? On the W hotel on Poydras, not the French quarter one, right?

Where do you like to go on Magazine street?

just spent the last 3 days NYEving over there.

Club Ampersand is pretty cool. All the girls are rollin there and accordingly ready for makeouts. You stare em right in the eye and go, I'd like to make out with you and they just look back at you and you go in for the makeout. JAX brewery is cool. Whiskey blue (not Sky Blue [Image: wink.gif] is cool.

hit me up when you're goin and we'll grab a drink

Chevalier covered mostly all of those places. There are lower class white women in Chalmette. There's a daiquiri shop called "Daiquiri Paradise" that has these women. It's not a walkable place though, you would have to drive to get there.

We need to expand the data on places like Metairie, Gretna, Chalmette, Kenner etc.

Anybody have any moves in those places?

There are some fly girls in Metairie.

Am going to be there from 9th - 16th Feb, have absolutely no idea what to expect. At Mardi Gras what are the chances of meeting girls just on the street? I'm guessing pretty high. Honestly have no idea what to expect other than all this weird stuff with beads, wtf, I don't want girls to flash their tits at me I want to suck their tits and stick my nob in between them. I honestly cannot understand the whole hype about giving girls a bead and then seeing their tits. If I want to look at tits I'll just go to a strip club.

This datasheet is specific to Mardi Gras

My first time ever going to N.O and having just got back here are a few things I learned and noticed.

1) Thu Fri Sat was packed full of college kids. LSU, Bama, Texas. Lots of nice in shape college gals but they come in large groups of male/female so trying to get one to stray is hard. If your college game is strong you'll have no problem picking up a nice 19-21 year old. (Yes 19-21, tons of underage girls drinking)
2) Sun Mon Tue is more of an older crowd.
3) Tue Mardi gras day itself starts off with tons of people dressed up in costumes (Scary, Funny, whatever) and party on Royal street which runs parallel with burbon. After 5pm it shifts over to Burbon. Burbon is hoping in the morning, but it really gets packed after 5.
4) The quality was much better when college girls where in town, as soon as sunday came they 7-10's dropped like a rock.

Lets talk about logistics....
1) The damn parades causes a nightmare. A good part of Canal street gets blocked off. So if you are staying in (CBD, uptown, garden district) you'll have a hard time crossing canal once parade starts. I would cross near the casino since the parade turns on tchoupitoulas.
2) Relying on buses to save $$ is out of the question due to #1 thus just stay in french quarter or north
3) Cabs can refuse to pick you up. Some cities have laws against cab drivers asking where you are going before you get in but looks like N.O doesnt.
4) Use Royal street as your escape. Trying to go down Burbon with a potential is like walking through a zoo with meat on your hands. Lots of haters will try to intercept.
5) You can get on a balcony for free if your near Cats Meow / Cats Korner
6) If you do want the show your tits show stay at the 4 points sheraton @ 541 . That appeared to be the mecca

Lets move on to the crowd....

1) During the day its white trash , during the night it becomes ghetto trash. (Its a shit show)
2) The locals stay the hell away from burbon. They shift to frenchmen (hippie) or down St Charles
3) If she's in a dress or wearing close to nothing shes probably a stripper walking around trying to get you to come in. 99% of the crowds wear jeans or mardi gras colors.
4) Only the fat ugly ones flash.
5) Shootings and stabbings start around 2am, good luck finding about it in the news. N.O Makes 1 billion dollars off mardi gras
6) After 11pm they should just rename burbon street to weed street since thats all you smell.

Many can say how easy it is to get laid but that's it you find it acceptable banging a 1-2 instead of a 8-10. I'll be going back to N.O during Oct to see difference

I wanted to do NO on the cheap side since it was my first time going. I knew prices would be jacked up for Mardi Gras. Just wanted to scratch it from my bucket list. I will for sure Suit up and hit up Krewes during my next trip (around halloween). No way would I let my custom suit get jacked up with this dumbass crowd on hand.

Only during Carnival time. Otherwise, krewes are just social organizations that have regular functions other than parades. Halloween is strictly Voodoo Fest and haunted mansions etc.

Going to be here in June. Anyone have any updates on the scene, or recommendations for a non-mardi gras vacation in NOLA?

Planning to stay by the French Quarter. I've got reservations at a couple places, but nothing else scheduled.

Do you live in New Orleans? Girl-wise, I like white, Latina, Mediterranean girls, in places that aren't too loud. Don't dance unless I'm grinding. Tend to prefer semi-upscale places, do alright with slutty phony hipster chicks. Also looking forward to sampling the food, the Jazz, the architecture, art and sights of New Orleans.

Need a little help. I am planning a Halloween weekend trip to N.O 10/24- 10/27

I am debating between 3 locations.
1) W 333 Poydras St. I stayed here during mardi gras. Room will cost me only $120 a night with company corporate code. Only negative is its a 20-30 minute walk to frenchmen street

2) Jackson Hotel 919 Royal St
$200 a near bourbon street, for bourbon walking swoop but reviews are blah on hotel

3) Lamothe House 621 Esplanade Ave
Also $200 a night. A block or two away from frenchmen,

From what ive heard frenchmen street is the place to party halloween weekend. So location 3 would allow to swoop from house party/parade and easily walk back to hotel, rinse and repeat within a few hours.

Can one of the locals please either suggest a good hotel for $200 a night in that area or advise which hotel I should book. Also can you confirm frenchmen is good spot halloween weekend or is it just a good spot on halloween day itself (oct 31)

Since Halloween falls on a Thursday, that entire weekend leading up to it should be game. Definitely choose the one on Esplanade near Frenchmen. Pack a sick costume to peacock with as well, maybe even 2 or 3 costumes. Shit, Royal isn't a bad second choice neither. Just keep in mind that the Voodoo Fest is that weekend at City Park and there are no hotels near there. Maybe try craigslist short-term rentals/airbnb near City Park.

Voodoo fest is Nov 1st - 3rd this year which I think kinda kills the crowd. I can picture the regional college girls coming for halloween and slutting themselves out for that weekend (Oct 25-27th) and not the following just for a festival (Nov 1 -3rd)

OK, Voodoo Fest usually aligns with Halloween. I didn't know it would be after Halloween this year. Frenchmen will still be nice.

I was in New Orleans, some observations:

I didn't get laid at all through nightlife, so it's hard for me to really judge it. I did pipeline and fuck several girls though. The girls I did meet were sweet, and loved to get fucked hard and babied at the same time. A couple memorable, awesome, lays. Southern girls definitely get my vote. I had one saying in between fuck sessions "I hate fucking feminists."

Bourbon Street is very trashy. I figured this was the 'Vegas of the South' or something, but it was all rather gauche. I talked to some girls, got some dances and makeouts, but ultimately it didn't really pan out for me, though it was the off-season. Every city has that bar that's really grimy that has a reputation of being a 'meat market' yet you never get laid there. That's what Bourbon Street felt like to me.

The Ritz has a very nice bar, and hotel in general, but it can be hard as a roving stranger. I didn't stick around long to cold approach. You'd be right at home here suited up or in summer prep, especially seersucker. The Carousel Bar at the Monteleone is similar.

The Marigny is a hipster area with *great* live jazz bands. This was the first time in a while that I enjoyed just being out, irrespective of women. And I usually hate live bands.

If you wanted to, you could pour yourself a beer at home, waltz out, and spit game outside the bars, and never buy a drink. Cafe Negril and The Spotted Cat are good choices for music, and I'm sure there are many others. Right next to the Spotted Cat, there was an open-air arts market - I spit some game here, but nothing really stuck. None of these places, however, had much of a "I'm going out to get fucked" crowd of girls. There are also 24 hour bars in abundance.

And compared to LA, it seems like the top-shelf talent doesn't wall themselves off as much in New Orleans - there's a lot more mixing overall.

Nobody is on their phones. The only girl in the bar on her phone was visiting from DC. Everyone else seemed genuinely happy to be out. The live music is typically contemporary jazz, and very good. If it's too loud, you can always just walk outside and continue drinking or smoke, and the outside drinking is really mellow here.

At least when it's not Mardi Gras, I'd consider getting an AirBnB spot around the Marigny, there are some great deals to be had compared to hotels in the Quarter. The area around Tulane is probably worth a look when school is in session.

How was the weather? Yeah, this is off season for sure right now.

"A couple memorable, awesome, lays."

Where did you meet them?

Did you hit up the gentleman's clubs?

"And compared to LA, it seems like the top-shelf talent doesn't wall themselves off as much in New Orleans - there's a lot more mixing overall."

Ha. Comparing Los Angeles and New Orleans is a hilarious exercise.

You are comparing a place that is doing everything in its power so you don't have fun and creating a sh*tty vibe (Los Angeles) with a city that is doing everything in it's power so you have the best time of your life and a great vibe (New Orleans).

Honestly, if a Genie came and said I had 1 month to live in New Orleans or 10 years in Los Angeles, I would take the 1 month in New Orleans.

(Especially if it was Oct or March or April or something).

“America has only three cities: New York, San Francisco, and New Orleans. Everywhere else is Cleveland.”― Tennessee Williams

I went in June two years ago and it was hot as hell. The places were air conditioned but just walking around for 5 min made you drenched in sweat. The one positive about going during summer is that there are always drink specials. Buy 2 and get a beer free, one shot for a shot, etc etc.

I had the same problem as him. Met a few girls and got a few makeouts but that's it. Maybe it was me before learning about how to talk to girls or the fact that it was the off season. The only place I remember is the Razoo Bar and Patio.

From what I remember about the gentlemen clubs is that the entrances look very shady. Even having to walk down the long hallway to get into a few were new from my experiences. A friend who frequently goes to NEW Orleans said its the easiest party city to swoop strippers from.

I hear that the riverfront or lake ponchatrain are good spots to hit on locals. You can swim in the lake (should of did that in the summer) and Mack on all the girls there.

Yes, it was funny - *every* store blasts air conditioning, and you can feel it as you walk past, beckoning you to come in even when you have no interest in the wares they're selling.

Yeah, that's the sheer beauty of resort towns like Vegas and New Orleans. In both places the mentality is "this is how we make we our money, and we're not doing ANYTHING to fuck that up - we are always behind people having a good time here." In California, the mentality is "This place is so awesome we'll screw you over, and you'll LIKE it." I cracked open LA Weekly (kilo for kilo superior to the LA Times), and read the latest God-awful police state story.

I heard that all the strip joints are run by pimps, even the reputable ones like Hustler. Odds that a random cute local girl is a stripper here are way higher than elsewhere. I loved the strip joint bouncer who shit talked me shouting as I walked past, "I guess you're not into girls" - and was actually walking *away* from the gay part of the quarter. I did not hit up the gentleman clubs at all. I was at a bar where a burlesque show was put on, but that was it.

I had two different girls telling me in great detail how to hunt gators, it was awesome.

A lot of the strippers are amateurs - they need money, there aren't many jobs in the area, they lack skills, and there are tons of strip joints and tons of customers. Plus they can just decide to show up on any night they like, depending on their employment arrangement. The ratio of strippers to local cute girls overall is pretty high.

Never went, but one stripper kept telling me to check out the country club, where there's nude swimming. Formerly gay, but now pretty mixed.
