Damn you read a lot of books my man. I'm a big fan of Milton Erikson. I see he's in your list. [Image: thumb.gif]

How did you like Emotions Revealed? I was thinking about reading that book.

Ya its better then being unproductive haha I haven't finished them all yet but I plan on it. Emotions revealed is seriously an epic book it helps so so much in the art of figuring people out it can help improve your game dramatically I highly recommend it.

Nice list, I have read/am reading a handful of books on your list. I was wondering how would you rate "The Manual" by W. Anton? I have seen this book just recently pop up on amazon.com and it has very good reviews, however I've already read a bunch of "game books" so I'm only inclined to read others if they're really good.

I'm also curious about "Irresistible Attraction: Secrets of Personal Magnetism" by Kevin Hogan, again I came across this one on amazon, but the reviews are really mixed a lot of bad reviews (1 and 2 stars), did you get anything good out of this one, do you feel it is worth the time and money?

Finally, I see that you read both "Unmasking the Face" and "Emotions Revealed", is one book basically a repeat of the other? Are they both worth reading, or is one book basically better than the other, and the only one you need? Any insights on this would be appreciated.

If I remember correctly, you're only 20 years old, I'm really impressed with how many books you've read, good work man. You're going to be light years ahead of most guys your age.

i fear you're using all these books to substitute for in-field experience. books can only take you so far. game is mostly learn through trial and error.

I agree, but at 20 this guy is waaay ahead of the learning curve, and he's got nothing but time to learn "in field". Wait till homie turns 21 and can actually hit up bars, clubs, concerts, etc. that are 21 + venues.

I think the approach of hitting the books first, is better than hitting the field first, but really you want to be doing both at the same time.

Thanks OG! I'd rate "The Manual" 4 stars, its a pretty good book I'd recommend it. As for all the rest of the books I'd recommend them as well I loved all of them. "Irresistible Attraction: Secrets of Personal Magnetism" by Kevin Hogan is an OK book but its not creme of the crop your right, if you have the time/money though there are some things to be learned from it. To answer your question about "Unmasking the Face" and "Emotions Revealed" they are very similar but they have info that's different, if you read both you'll be almost twice as skilled as if you only read one, trust me.

And thanks, ya I am 20 I do read a lot if I'm interested in a topic. If anyone is wondering, yes I do go out in the field and no I don't substitute books for real life experience, these just help my interactions work out better. I guarantee reading all of these will save you a whole ton of rejections and maybe some that would have rejected you would give you some if you had the knowledge these books have to offer. That's just where I'm coming from so I hope that a lot of people read these they truly do help!

Don't give them what they expect, and you'll get from them what you never expected.

Cool thanks for taking the time to write up the list and reply, I agree that all this stuff is just like pieces of the puzzle, the books (game, body language, female psych, nlp, etc.) have helped my knowledge, understanding, interpretation, etc. This with time spent learning from real life interaction and experience, really makes the difference.

cool. i just wanted to make sure you're during both. i wasn't trying to hate on you, i just wanted to point out the importance of experience. i wasted a bunch of time gaining knowledge without actually going in-field when i started. i used to read everything i could about game, but a lot of these dudes style are so different it's get confusing and counter-productive. i like your hunger and think you're well on your way to becoming a great pussy slayer.
