I'll bet that when you arrive to work, you just "do your thing." You work. That is a huge mistake.

I work very well with women.

If you work with women, you need to be extremely social. You can't keep to yourself.

I had a woman say, "I thought you hated me!" She thought this because I didn't say hi to her when I got to the office.

Women are so solipsistic that if you are in a bad mood, they'll think you're in a bad mood because of them.

You gotta engage them. Talk to them. Ask about their lives.

If they are outselling you, ask them for tips.

Become a "little brother" or "gay best friend" role.

If you don't like that, quit.

But buddy, I have bad news for you. If you work for any company, you're going to work with and for women.

May as well learn the game now, while the stakes are low.

Ha. Ask about their lives. These girls have no life. I immediately felt uncomfortable after I hear the way they talk about people behind their backs. I know it is a girl this. But it is not just professional.

I was thinking about posting a thread about female coworkers recently actually.

At a previous job, a couple of chick coworkers *hated* me. They were both blonde, but neither were very attractive despite what they thought of themselves, and each took every opportunity to bitch to my superiors about me. The fact that I didn't give a fuck about them, that I didn't try and kiss their ass like my own manager did nor find them cute, caused them to hate me. The fact that the job was shitty did not prevent these chicks from thinking I was scum. IMO, in higher status jobs, the chicks don't behave that way. It's like the girls know deep down that they are trading on their looks, while men compete on status, so the fact that she too is working a shitty job does not make her any less contemptuous of you and your low status.

What annoys me most is that if you have a decent looking chick ragging on you and disrespecting you, 95%+ of guys will fall over themselves to side with her and laugh at her jokes. The men will immediately cede authority to her on what is and isn't socially acceptable, and I fucking hate it. And if you call the bitch out, or make fun of her in return, she will rat on you in seconds. While I'd love to say something that'd shut her up and make her feel like absolute shit, eg draw attention to the fact that she's fat, the punishment would be swift and severe. Your only real recourse is a light, condescending response in good humor. Also, be dismissive of her overall - act distracted when talking to her, as if you have more important things to ponder.

There's a classic parallel here. That is, as much as we bemoan and complain about women here, men are to blame. We know this.

The workplace dynamic is no different. I can think of every problem I've ever had with a female coworker (thankfully, they are few and far between in my line of work) My problem was never about the female, because truth be told, I don't give two shits about female coworkers. Like basil mentions above, I just treat them lightly and dismissively, like wallpaper. I know for a fact that I can run circles around any of them, and at any given moment, it's just a matter of time before a woman's own incompetence will get her fired.

What ruins it is the female cunt/beta male alliance. If I don't fall for her shit but my male coworkers do, then I become a black sheep and an outcast, and the voice of the minority when openly blasting her incompetence.

Thankfully, working in restaurants is one of the very last bastions of the boys' club. My only problems with female coworkers have only occurred working in hotels with HR departments.

"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."

The best way to deal with females in the work place is to treat all of them - and i mean all - boss or underling like children.

deal with them the way you would a 7 or 8 year old. Patronise them, ask them questions about the obvious, understand that their irrationality is perfectly normal and not at all personal. Be fair and firm and manly. they instinctively yield to competence, emotional stability, and alpha coolness.

Women leaders/execs as a rule are disasters. I know this isnt PC - but its the truth.

Hilary Clinton just threatened Russia and China: that they will "pay the price" for supporting Syria.

Can imagine a male Sec. of State - using that kind of impolitic, outlandish language against such powers. - and she's our head diplomat for Christ's sake ......

emotional, irrational, female trying to overcompensate for her lack of a penis.

Over the last four years, I've been working from home and the only downside is that my "co-workers" or contacts at the company are female! They are extremely emotional and very often could care less if your "man logic" makes sense as they just want you to solve everything at once! That's why I keep problems to myself or ask another guy for help if necessary.

My communication often involves replying to their e-mails with words of assurance (like "yes that can be solved" or "We'll figure it out...it's no problem") since telling them the truth (even when this is done to set up or explain a solution) only ends up with a bunch of replies of them worrying.

Managing the communication is perhaps more important than actually doing any work. Lame I know, but it brings the cash and my freedom to still be traveling and living anywhere I want.

Recently I showed a female supervisor the "This Watch Cost More Than Your Car" video from GLENGARRY. I wanted her take on it since she has one of the highest sales conversion rates in the entire corporation (we mostly sell to women). She watched it for a few minutes and said "I wouldn't buy a thing from that man" before walking off.

As a male nurse, this thread is pretty amusing. All your analysis are spot on. Women are vicious to each other and you have to be careful of the crossfire.

I've only been on the floor for 6 months, but I've realized that you don't work with women -- you work around them. Otherwise you'll inevitably fall into one of their stupid cliques and alienate yourself.

I can't comment (specifically) on sales, however I will say that the only way to get better is to work your ass off. Re-evaluate after every customer and analyze, why, how and where you went wrong. With every success analyze why, how and when you nailed it. Create a template in your mind from what you've gathered and consider each new customer as a blank slate.

Anyway, that's how I approached nursing and now 6 months in I've already got a reputation as one of the best nurses on the floor.

Edit: For what its worth, I'm still very new to game. However, when I go to work I do not game the girls (nurses, students, techs, docs). It sends their hamsters into overdrive.

Just about to touch on that. Female leaders are hysterically insane in the need to now "look weak". One of the great traits of man is that we are capable of annihilation of shit to bits with brute force, but we still have deep rationality and logic at our side. We will always think twice before mauling our own heads off, only radical things will push us over that edge.

Contrast this with women whom posses a deficit in force but have little logic and reason. They will always peruse security even if the end makes things worse and more unsafe. A female will plunge her last penny into a house she can't afford even if it will put her on the street broke in 4 years time. A man would never do that.

Stability>> Security.

Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton are steam-mouths whom shoot of their traps way to much. Clinton is a sleazy diplomat whom championed the death of a foreign leader (Qaddafi) then tries to talk down to two global powers, (both whom posses nukes). Even neo-cons like Bolton previous to her would not shoot off like that.

WWIII IMO will be started by a female leader. Either the UK, USA, Or Israel will have a female leader in place that will push the wrong button at the wrong time that sets things on fire in certain hotspot. I hope it does not happen but its hard to argue that a female would not take the plunge into the abyss of war.

Even worse than Hillary is uber Beta Obama not telling her to chill out. She has been on a tirade the past few weeks I don't know if Obama just wants to distance himself from foreign policy who knows but she needs to be told to chill.
