The best way to deal with females in the work place is to treat all of them - and i mean all - boss or underling like children.
deal with them the way you would a 7 or 8 year old. Patronise them, ask them questions about the obvious, understand that their irrationality is perfectly normal and not at all personal. Be fair and firm and manly. they instinctively yield to competence, emotional stability, and alpha coolness.

Women leaders/execs as a rule are disasters. I know this isnt PC - but its the truth.
Hilary Clinton just threatened Russia and China: that they will "pay the price" for supporting Syria.
Can imagine a male Sec. of State - using that kind of impolitic, outlandish language against such powers. - and she's our head diplomat for Christ's sake ......
emotional, irrational, female trying to overcompensate for her lack of a penis.

Over the last four years, I've been working from home and the only downside is that my "co-workers" or contacts at the company are female! They are extremely emotional and very often could care less if your "man logic" makes sense as they just want you to solve everything at once! That's why I keep problems to myself or ask another guy for help if necessary.
My communication often involves replying to their e-mails with words of assurance (like "yes that can be solved" or "We'll figure it out...it's no problem") since telling them the truth (even when this is done to set up or explain a solution) only ends up with a bunch of replies of them worrying.
Managing the communication is perhaps more important than actually doing any work. Lame I know, but it brings the cash and my freedom to still be traveling and living anywhere I want.

Recently I showed a female supervisor the "This Watch Cost More Than Your Car" video from GLENGARRY. I wanted her take on it since she has one of the highest sales conversion rates in the entire corporation (we mostly sell to women). She watched it for a few minutes and said "I wouldn't buy a thing from that man" before walking off.

As a male nurse, this thread is pretty amusing. All your analysis are spot on. Women are vicious to each other and you have to be careful of the crossfire.
I've only been on the floor for 6 months, but I've realized that you don't work with women -- you work around them. Otherwise you'll inevitably fall into one of their stupid cliques and alienate yourself.
I can't comment (specifically) on sales, however I will say that the only way to get better is to work your ass off. Re-evaluate after every customer and analyze, why, how and where you went wrong. With every success analyze why, how and when you nailed it. Create a template in your mind from what you've gathered and consider each new customer as a blank slate.
Anyway, that's how I approached nursing and now 6 months in I've already got a reputation as one of the best nurses on the floor.
Edit: For what its worth, I'm still very new to game. However, when I go to work I do not game the girls (nurses, students, techs, docs). It sends their hamsters into overdrive.

Me too, but with the way it's going, I'm forced to turn to the Dark Side.
