If you're ever in the Raleigh area and want to learn how to shoot, hit me up

I figured I'd throw this out there for guys who've don't own any firearms and would be interested in learning about guns. You will find that, contrary to the anti-gun media spin, guns don't shoot themselves and most gun owners are friendly people and are eager to share their love of firearms.
If you're not in my area, and are interested, I'd urge you to get in touch with gun owning friends or even acquaintances. Heck, you could even sign up on a gun forum in your area and ask if someone would be willing to take you shooting. Like I said, most lawful gun owners are friendly and enthusiastic about introducing others to firearms - so don't feel like you would be imposing on them. Only thing they'd probably ask is that you pitch in for ammo that you're going to shoot (in many states, you can just buy the ammo at Walmart), and range fees if applicable.
Much like feminism, gun control is all about pretty lies, half-truths and distortions. Growing up in NYC, I bought into the lies the feminists and anti-gunners were peddling. Just as this forum exposes guys to the truth about women and feminism, I'd love to show guys the truth about guns, which the media works overtime to hide.
Plus, knowing how to operate a firearm is a good life skill for a man to have, aside from the fact that shooting is just plain fun.
This is a standing offer to guys who've been at RVF for some time (no newbs until I know you're legit), so hit me up anytime.
