Low testosterone is a killer. If you suffer from it, you'll be moody, depressive, have no libido, develop fatty deposits/bitch tits, and suffer loss of muscle and bone density. You will become a husk of a man if you feminize through lack of testosterone.

Here's a few methods I have found on the internets and have put into daily life that increase testosterone, and even though I'm a 21 year old dude, I have noticed a definite mood change (for the better).

1. Cold Showers : Self explanatory. You will radiate power and feel manly after a cold shower.

2. Stop Smoking : Still working on this one, but yeah, I always feel really great when I cut down or quit entirely for even a week.

3. Drink Infrequently : Weirdly enough, whenever I drink only once weekly or monthly, my strength gains increase significantly. Some sources suggest that heavy drinking compromises the liver, greatly increasing bodily estrogen. Not to hash on drinkers and smokers (I am one), but cutting down temporarily is not a bad idea.

4. Heavy Resistance Training: At least once a week, better three-six times weekly, throw around some heavy barbells and do some sprints.

5. Eat Meat and Fats : You need to eat fat to create testosterone, and meat boosts it as well. I shun all vegetarianism and soy products.

6. Adopt Manly Body Language : Don't cross your legs. You'll nuke your nads and I'm sure there's a mental aspect to testosterone. Feeling more confident because you artificially adopt a studly posture probably helps out your T levels. No study I can find on this but I'm sure there's something behind it.

7. Eat cruciferous and green leafy vegetables (kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, spinach, cauliflower) they have compounds that aid in the production of test.
8. Drink lots of water, water in necessary to hormone production
9. Avoid simple carbs since those cause glucose-level spikes in the blood which dramatically reduce test.
10. Make sure you get enough zinc (shellfish)

As pansy as it sounds, I highly recommend the UVEX "blue blocker" sunglasses -- $9 at Amazon. Don them when the sun goes down and you're alone at home. You'll instantly start making melatonin, you'll sleep like a baby, and your stress levels will plummet.

Took a blood test 3 months apart and found my T levels nearly doubled (i was slightly below the healthy threshold on the first test)

What i did was mostly out of 4HBody

- Slow card diet, include eggs
- Cod liver oil
- Intermittent fasting (eat within an 8hr period, fast for 16hrs)
- Daily bodyweight exercises at home
- Less frequent masturbation

Tengen: I've been IFing daily for the past 6 months with exceptional response to both T-levels, autophagy (untested, of course), stress and body fat percentage. When I travel, I almost always just IF a full 24+ hours during flight days, don my blue blocking specs for better sleep on planes, and increase my saturated fat consumption before a trip.

Intermittent fasting (IF) is a key to my good health, if not THE key. I can't give it enough positivity when I talk to others about their health issues.

Don't try IF if you're carb addicted though.

where did you hear that insulin spikes cause your test to decrease,absolute bullshit.

and sorry dudes,for the record eating more and more fat will not make you increase test more.fats (cholesterol) is used to make test that is true,but eating more fats than normal wont increase your test tenfold.

everything else is all good too.look into a test booster,try DAA d-aspartic acid if your looking for a boost.

Insulin and your bodys HGH hormones don't get along. When your bodies insulin levels are wonky your body is in crisis mode and drops growth promotion of HGH. This is why most growth and HGH/test creation occurs during sleep when insulin levels are low and evened out.

In regards to fats to Western diet lacks in healthy fats. They are still shunned upon. You need a good amount of fats to get good production going. Eating tons of more fats won't raise levels exponentially but taking in a wack load of healthy clean fats won't hurt.

In regards to fats I am a big fan of plant based and fish fats. The human body can't 100% process animal fats like beef or pork. Plant and nut fats are superior to there mammal counterparts.

yes that is true about insulin and GH. but the thing people dont realise is that growth hormone in us naturals is very very low and these low levels are not significant to give you much benefits eg (increased muscle mass,better sleep/skin etc).

the relationship between test and Gh is not what you think. high insulin levels will not decrease your testosterone,its bullshit. It might decrease our measily levels of gh before sleep because insulin stops the signalling for gh,but not test. sure if that was the case then half the natural bodybuilders would have low test wouldnt they? - they eat tons of carbs and im pretty sure their test levels arnt low. - Oh no dont eat carbs your test will go down ha,broscience.

I agree with you about the fats,people need more of them and less refined sugars etc. I recently cut out gluten from my diet too and youd be amazed how better you feel bro,try it
