Early to bed...

One one hand I feel bad for guys that don't like going out, but it is really bad for your health. Your brain/liver (alcohol), lungs (smoke if applicable), ears (clubs), etc.

Agree on the health detriments of night game. I require more sleep to function than most people and need to be sharp for work on weekends. If you've got several plates on the spin and aren't specifically going for same night bangs, here are some strategies I've used:

Reduce alcohol consumption -- I'm consciously trying to up my game without alcohol for many reasons (sleep quality, cost, health benefits). When I roll up to the bar I buy a beer or mixed drink and sip half of it for an hour or more. The way I view it, I'm basically paying for a prop that helps me fit in with the other people there. Alcohol messes with your sleep cycles, and I can notice the lessened quality of sleep after even 2-3- drinks in a night.

Start early -- It makes a huge difference at the local bars. The guy/girl ratio is much more favorable and bitch shields are less severe before, say, 11pm. This may depend on your location, but I'm in a 2am bar city so there's actually a pretty good crowd even at 9pm. Tougher to pull that night because of increased sobriety and time horizon, but if you're just looking to keep your game tight this helps a lot.

Don't be afraid to call it a night -- If you're just working on approaches and routines and are getting your other needs met during the week by existing prospects, remind yourself how important sleep is and don't hesitate to call it a night around 1am. I find that even if I sleep for 8 hours, 1:30am - 9:30am is significantly more refreshing than 3am-11am.

Pretty basic stuff, but these things will help you get more out of your day activities, whether that's gaming chicks or being productive at work or hobbies.
