I don't mean renting actual females here, I mean the "leasing consultant" chickies that they have in apartment/condo complexes that show you units, give you tours, and answer questions.

Lots of these chicks are pretty hot because the owners know that hotness rents apartments. I think most dudes that talk to these girls are either oblivious or falling all over themselves, and so I'm curious if one couldn't systematically go tour apartment building units during slow times (middle of a weekday) and bang these chicks. They live in the buildings, just be like "I really want to see a normal lived-in unit, not a model, can I see yours?". Worst case you can get numbers, and you have their full and complete 1-on-1 attention.

Don't go during busy times unless you're serious about renting of course, because then you'd be stealing their productive time with this bullshit, but at 3pm on a rainy Tuesday or something, I bet they'd welcome the distraction.

Does this sound dumb, or like I'm on to something?



Hot RE agents would work also, but they're less common and will have to drive to the property and will be less pleased about their time being wasted if they're not into you.

I've considered this in the past but haven't taken the time to explore it.

One thing to remember is these broads work on commission so that might be enough to push you over the top.

Meaning, if they feel fucking your brains out will get you to buy they may be more likely to do it. Likely to work better on a RE agent as they make a lot more on a sale.

But of course they are not prostitutes.... lol

typically the ones who are stationed in the building and basically work on one building are mostly salary w/some bonus structure. these would be the best ones to game w/o feeling like you are jerking around someone trying to make money because basically they get paid to just give those tours. its a good idea.

Normal leasing consultants make more than half their comp on commission.

That's why I'm recommending a slow time of day when they aren't missing out on anything. Going on a weekend would be a good way to get them mad at you, but I bet 11am on a weekday and you'd do okay.

I just thought of a better way to do it: flip the script.

Advertise your place on Craigslist, as a sublet or whatever. Price it well below market, but not so much that it's suspicious. Maybe like 25% below. Then have chicks check out your apartment. Maybe you could get them to bang you right then and there - if you did, major props. Or you arrange to meet up with them later. I'm not sure what excuse you'd issue if they eventually found out no one else sublet it. Maybe that you 'decided not to.' A couple routines for starting to kino her would come in handy, to smooth the transition from potential roommate to lover.

You could also do this with a couch - put an ad up for sale to get girls in, but I don't know what you'd do if the chick actually offered to buy it, ruining your pipeline.

You'd be filtering through a LOT of people to find the few hot girls though, and you can't exactly ask for a photo for every girl who's going to want to see your below-market pad.

Benefit of leasing girls is that, like a hostess, they're hired because they're foxy, at least in big swanky apartment towers. A garden complex in the suburbs...not so much.

Yeah, it'd depend on the location of your pad. I don't know how high your standards are, but if you have a pad in the right area, eg near a cool college or a trendy nightlife area, maybe 50% of the young girls are bangable.

Actually, it's pretty common now to ask for links to people's facebook profiles.

Falls into what I call 'pizza delivery pussy' - getting laid without even leaving your house. When it happens, it's a glorious thing.

Something is clearly wrong with China's property and dating market. Real estate agency gives a $9,000 dollar bonus if you marry your agent. Seems to move a slow selling development the agency has teamed up with a dating agency - getting single women to sell the homes. If you end marrying the girl after buying they kickback some of the purchase price.

I don't know about leasing agents, but I've (tried) to game many receptionists, who of course are also often hired for their looks. In my experience they usually don't bite. The problem is they have loads of horny guys come through the office every day trying to game them.

The best results I've got, and these are quite limited, have come when I was distracted and DIDN'T pay them much attention. Or when I've asked them to do something for me that may be beyond the normal. More than just "Please let Mr Blahblah know I'm here for our meeting". Even asking for some water or coffee, when they haven't offered, can help. If you get someone to do something for you they become more invested and open up a little.

I'm guessing since a leasing agent gets paid commission they'd be more open from the get go, but the principle of getting them more invested than they would be in a typical apartment showing may help you. Maybe ask them for information they don't have at hand and have to look up and get back to you. The more work the better. As long as you're not a complete prick about it, and she is happy to do it.

You run day game on these girls just as you would with any other girl that is working, by being non-chalant. Have an actual conversation with her without laying it too heavy, then get her number. She's obviously not leaving with you 99 times out of 100, but if you build that rapport you can move things further.

I think it'd be a waste of time, however, to set up apt leasing tours for the explicitly picking up the leasing agents, but if you're really looking for an apartment why not?

That said, 95% of the female real estate agents and leasing agents in my area are moms and wives.
