For me personally, I want to model Don Draper. What struck me particularly in the first episode of the first season is that sort of upstart 26 year old who is working at Sterling Cooper who is a bit cocky.

Don Draper sort of cuts him off and tells him that if he doesnt become a humbler, more socially adept, and charming individual, he'll be a failure.

I've always had a cocky streak and definitely not always to my advantage. Confidence is a good thing but since my fraternity days I'd like to evolve from brash frat boy to the sort of quiet confidence that someone like Bond or Don Draper exudes.

I get the feeling that the guys on this board probably range across the spectrum of Ari Gold in-your-face type energy to the quiet strength of Don Draper.

I'm working on evolving towards the latter.
