You will need at least 200g of it or more (daily) to build muscle/strength.
You could try and eat clean to gain muscle but it requires a much more advanced approach to nutrition which i'm not willing to share (until I finish writing my book).
Eating clean to build muscle will also make you lose weight while getting stronger with less of a safety cushion if you interrupt your eating intervals.
