Just curious guys -
What's the minimum TEFL requirement for teaching Eng in China?
I'm seeing 80-100 hour online courses for a couple hundred bucks - would one of those do? Do they tend to accept online TEFLs?
What doors will this open?
What about the better jobs - teaching at Unis, teaching biz english, etc - what more are they looking for? I'm guessing experience.
I have a Masters from a good western uni. Me: Tall, late 20s white male, goodlooking (seems like that bizarrely may matter).
Wondering what the best bang-for-buck qualification would get started in China.
Also interested in info on Vietnam, Korea, Japan - but mainly China.
Thanks guys!
