I was reading an article on CNN about the first account of the Seal Team Six raid. Some guy a half a mile from Osama compound heard helicopters and tweeted about it. He ended up taking pictures of the site, and interviewing neighbors. He said the little journalism he did was a first responders type and anybody is able to do it with social media plus a decent smart phone.
There is a saying "believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see". I consider myself to be an Independent so I'm really not feeling the major news networks. Which is sad that you don't believe news.
I remember when Naughty Nomad was in Damascus and said they people seemed to still support the regime during the early part of protest last year in Syria. The major medias made it seem like we needed to act now.
So my question is where do you get your slanted propaganda from? I'm get mines from CNN but with everything you take it with a grain of salt. I hate how they have been handling the Republican debates tho.

The cycle of disrespect can start with just an appetizer.
