I derived my pet theory from my perception of beautiful people (girls) and musical tastes. The more attractive you are, the more your taste in music sucks. The best music out there came from poignant expression of pain and suffering that you relate with. Beautiful people (girls) don't relate to this and are mainly attracted to the power of the artist not the music. And that's why they swallow after the concert.

I agree with this post 100%, I think beautiful women (esp. in cultures like America), are put on a pedestal and treated differently their whole lives, which creates a "princess complex".

When people in general treat you better, but especially men, you come to develop quite an ego. People with big egos tend to be narcisistic and shallow, people like this are self-absorbed, only care about themselves, and are extremely superficial. (Unfortunately I dated a hot, crazy bitch that fit this description.)

Women like this are typically not only shallow, but they know the sexual power they have over men, and use it to get what they want, through the arts of seduction and manipulation.

I find it is very rare to find a very sexy woman who is also humble. These are the diamonds in the rough and the ones that are worthy of being "wifed up". Typically they were the ugly duckling that got transformed into a beautiful swan, or they come from quirky families/background, or they are extremely intelligent and understand that there is more to life than just superficial beauty.

Sadly, it seems that in the U.S. 95% of beautiful women are bitches, there are times when the "BETA" side of me thinks it's better to just meet a cute girl who is only a 6, smart, with a good personality, honest, loyal, caring, genuine...

But, the other side of my brain, the once geared towards wanting to fuck, can't escape the undeniable desire to ravish the beautiful women 8+ of the world.

One day I got to find a place where I can find a happy medium, to satisfy both desires. At this point, it doesn't seem likely I'll achieve it here in the good ole U.S. of A.

-compliment and cuddle (omg bannable offense!)

Even if they won't end up in LTR with me.

Even if I won't see them again.

These types of girls deserve to be treated like royalty because they treat you like royalty first.

I was actually just thinking the same recently when I was in mixed company and was talking to a chick who was at best, a 5, but had a personality that could make me tolerate her ugliness (as a friend, mind you. I'm certainly at least that shallow.) Her significantly hotter friend was dumb and boring as fuck.

Anyways, the question on my mind was the same as yours--at what point does a girl's hotness hinder her from developing into any more than a one-dimensional fuck hole? Contrary to some of you, I've actually met a good handful of interesting, intelligent, and sexy girls, but they certainly weren't 9s.

The boring stuff that feminine women are willing to do, and on which a healthy family depends, all depend on not being too smart-- like playing with kids for hours, cooking the same things again and again, and doing other repetitive tasks like ironing.

And of course, certain women carry the genes of brilliant men into the future, although rarely if ever in a fully expressed form.

I mean, to take the extreme end of the bell curve in someone like Joni Mitchell, who released the classic album Blue at 28 years old and developed her own system of guitar tuning to support her songwriting, I doubt anyone here has accomplished anything of world-class standing like that. I think she certainly is interesting. But you're talking about a total, total, extreme outlier. And she had a kid, which she put up for adoption before she achieved greatness.

I agree that women make life more enjoyable, but not by being interesting. They just have little quirks and personality traits we might find endearing, similar to how we can take a liking to a child.

In which case, I've met some very attractive women with endearing, likable, and childish qualities.
