Drinking effecting game

Yo guys, im a college student and lately I've noticed that the binge drinking I frequently engage in along with everyone else is definitely negatively effecting my game as well as everything else. I'm not an alcoholic, but lately it seems every time I go out I end up getting absolutely hammered. The problem is I feel if I don't drink it will be harder to run game since I've gotten used to doing it drunk. Does anyone have any experience with quitting drinking cold turkey? What is the best way to go about doing so? I've considered cutting down but I know in order to change I have to totally stop.

Non sequitur. Try cutting down instead of complete abstinence.

Binge drinking and game don't mix well.

In my experience, the better I've gotten at game, the less I've felt the need to rely on drinking while pursuing pussy. It might help if you tried treating game like it's another subject you are studying- give yourself homework assignments, set goals, etc. With this kind of discipline, your skills will have a chance to grow.

It's all down to your goals and what you want to achieve. Agree with Basil, you don't have to go with complete abstinence. You can just cut down.

Personally, I was only drinking once a week, but I was still drinking quite a lot, despite the fact I can hold my drink. I often would often go over the edge. It's difficult to maintain 'the buzz' and not have another drink in your hand.

However I've tried complete abstinence recently to see what kind of effect it has. I've never relied on alcohol as a crutch with girls, I always did it to do it. - When I sat back and thought about it, it didn't really help me with my goals.

It effected my training in the gym, gave me the urge to social smoke, burnt a hole in my wallet and would end up spitting Slur Game. I thought - I spend so much time on my body, what's the point?

Last few occasions I've been out, I've been T-Total. I drank diet coke all night (pretend it's whisky). I felt so much more in control and my game was nice and sharp. I'm definitely gonna continue with it and see where it goes.

As a man, you make your own decisions, so don't worry about what others around you do.

Yeah. I've quit drinking. That being said, I'm not opposed to an occasional glass of red wine when I'm talking to a chick or some kind of wheat beer in the summertime. But that's it for me. I've been going hard in the gym and I also like to be in total control of the situation when I interact with chicks.

My thoughts exactly. My game is at its best sober. I think it is possible to have a better buzz going when drinking but all the little finner moves that make up solid game are lost.
